About me
My name is Paul Thatcher. I was born in Florida. In High School I was an active participant in Army JROTC and was the Battalion Executive Officer. I am an Eagle Scout. I served a LDS Mission to Romania for two years, from which I became fluent in Romanian. I do not speak as well as I used to but I still like to practice from time to time.
I received a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University (GO COUGARS!!). My senior project was an autonomous robot soccer player I hope to put a video of it on the site later. It was a fun project. I had some difficulties with one of my team members which was a first for me but I learned a lot in how to deal with such things.
My two biggest regrets in my undergraduate years was not going skiing enough and not participating in Swing Kids swing dance club more often. Out of four and a half years at BYU and a total of 6 years in Utah, I only went skiing twice. I am now studying law at the University of Akron.
